The Edge of Deceased

poetry_cat

Laying in bed with the priest at my feet;
The almighty I was ready to meet.
His attendance was to administer the last rites.
The inevitable was no longer to be a fight.
Surrounded by friends;
I was ready to make amends.
Prepared to come forth and attend the communion.
It was filled with knowledge and illumination.
My soul guides me to the state of purgatory.
For this, I can finally rest in glory.
The agony weighed on my menage.
Although this was the perfect cause.
My last breath zips thin.
The final forgiveness of sin
