Have you ever felt regret?
A painful, stinging, ugly emotion
Just a useless biting pain in the heart
There is no magic fix or potion
Regret is an unhealthy poison
that none of us want or need
It's something that needs to be
plucked from our minds like a weed
If we harbour regret for things
we've done before
It minimizes our happiness even more
So,Forgive yourself
for what's done in the past
And love yourself enough
to do it - and - fast .
