Go to school act accordingly, if this doesn't work take a deep breath through your nose out your mouth slowly, "loosen up," and try again. This is how you pass that upcoming test, and prepare to do the same for any other future tests; by taking down notes and reviewing them in your spare time. So much time in a day yet seems like you don't get much done; you wake up, eat, then go to sleep just to eat again before morning class starts just to make weight for the week, and you're not even half way through the day. When you don't feel like eating is when you should just. This is when you Grab the bread, grab the peanut butter, and grab the jelly. Before lifts start take it down with water and be on time to weigh in and get through warmups. Be disciplined and pay attention to the trainer as he or she explains the workout. This is how you work: no skipping reps, attention to detail, no bad energy, and pushing yourself and your teammates to another level the entire session. If someone isn't doing right for the benefit of the team get on their ass about it. Day by day the weight room seems to grow of more people doing extra work. Make this happen by doing curls, shoulder shrugs, forearms exercises, and anything else you can seem to get too. Then, on to the jug machine catching from all angles centered, right, and left, before repeating with one hand to end off. After the work is done, you are back to the dorm to eat again, shower, and get some schoolwork done although you are tired and may have some forearm cramping at the attempt to grab a pencil. Then finish the day off with a big protein shake before bed filling you up so that there is no other options but to go to bed.
