Incessant

Today

Incessant, was

My mind

Luckily, short lived 

 

Sick for days

No work for a week

Stories causing anxiety

Stirring my mind

 

Before the ceremony

Unaware I was

The silence in the heart

Brings peacefulness to the mind

 

Strange

I thought I was falling back

Now I can see, movement forward

Something, I could before not see

 

This journey 

I’m thankful, for the opportunity 

To have these moments, of awareness

These moments, of truth
