Can't imagine you

Florin Dragoș Minculescu

I've come across

And when I've looked

I've seen the you.

Amazing you.

But then, when I approached,

And when you spoke,

I've seen that you..,

You don't know you.

Dreaming you're someone else,

We couldn't fit.

I can't imagine you,

When side by side we are.

Just take some time,

Embrace your self,

Just know thyself,

I dare you to!

The way you are,

Inside you are.

You, truly are,

Beyond the beauty of thyself.

    Dear Florin
That poem is very beautiful. A love letter beyond kitsch. And a beautiful gift to receive. How often do we meet someone who is not fazed by all that facade and wants to get to know the human behind it all?
    Keep writing...
