He Who is forever up above the endless sky.
Can I see Him in the mirror of my eye?
In my heart, He sits and He prevails
Binds me there with an unseen tie.
In my dreams and hopes - I cherish Him but none
I don't care if the rest are gone.
With shaken lips that vibrate with the beating heart.
The warmth that I wouldn't let go low or depart
Because that brings a shower of tears with dreamy joy.
To feel my soul with serene peace to enjoy.
Then the eternal spring will come true with a divine ahoy.
