My thanks to the Lord

Lord, thank you for saving me,

From a life of sin and setting me free.

You saved me from being bound and chained,

And showed what receiving your salvation has gained.

You have given me love and a life worth living,

And gave me want a life full of giving,

Giving to to the less fortunate then me,

You gave me the chance to set my heart free.

Since I received you into my heart,

Lord you have given me a fresh new start.

Since I received you into my heart,I decided to give my life to you,

To form it and mold me into anything you wanted to.

I know you have a plan ,a job for me to do,

So you have given me a husband,who also loves you.

Us two together will do the best that we can,

To share the gospel throughout the lands.

Your gift of poetry has overtaking us both,he and I,

To spread that the coming of Christ is nigh
