Discomfort

Tharris323

I feel so uncomfortable

In my home

My car

These clothes that are 3 sizes too small, atleast that’s how it feels.

My skin

I don’t feel like myself

I don’t feel like anyone

I feel unimportant

I feel like I’m glass

You can see right through me

I feel like my life isn’t mine

I can’t breathe in this skin.

I think a lot of people will relate to your words, post COVID lockups
    and work at home routines,
having to readjust to going about our daily lives outside
    can be a challenge..
(alternately if you've had these anxieties
prior to COVID, then you should consider speaking to someone about it)
all the best! thanks for sharing
