Meet Me In Memphis

Come on November 23,
so you will meet me on the 24.
I'll meet you by baggage personally,
inside the airport.
We'll take a taxi,
to the five star hotel,
that I rented just for us.
We can stay in bed until night,
but dinner is a must.
We'll take the street-car to Belle Street,
and listen to live music play.
We'll get back to our room at eleven-0-clock,
... and that was just the first day.
We'll visit Stax records,
where Otis Redding made hits,
or maybe visit Graceland,
and see where Elvis would sit.
We would drive around the city,
and look at it's sites and view.
... but the best part,
of being in Memphis,
is being there with you.

I will meet you in Memphis,our life will start from there,
New experiences we will share,
I always wanted to see Graceland,
Because my grandma was his biggest fan.
November 24th is my birthday,of course you know that it is,
Maybe we will visit a church,and give God the glory that is His.
He brought us together and joined our two hearts,
For it is to Him we owe the honor for giving us a new start.
