Dark Cupid

Jay-Lee Jane

Notice of absence from Jay-Lee Jane
just returned after losing my love for writing

Roses are red,

Roses are poison,

Cupids arrow in my heart,

Stabs like a scorpion.

Roses are red,

Thorns are fatal,

A prick of the skin,

You’re mentally unstable.

Roses are red,

Their petals decaying,

Yet we listen to the siren:

Symphony of painful death waiting.
