I am not my illness.

Isabella0

Depression,

It can suck the life out of you

When people look into your eyes

They don’t see you

They see the person that depression has made you

I am not depression

Depression is a part of me like it always will be

But I am more than a mental illness

No matter what people may think.

    Mental health doesn’t define us . I have mental health problems , I understand it’s difficult .

But we are certainly a lot more than our struggles abs difficult feelings
