I wandered around a lonely road
That leads to no destination
I wondered how far will I go
My path is a place of solitude
Alas! A way popped up ahead
I found myself amid legends
You are the legend
That speaks with the pen.
The unknown legend. He's a legend of his time
It's said he sold his soul to Satan
At The Crossroads at the strike of midnight
For the gift of mastery over his craft
At 27 Lucifer had come to collect his due
This is the legend of the legend forever living on
Men are born,
Men are loved,
Men are mourned,
Men are forgotten,
But not legends,
Legends never end.
Amid legends if I could sit
But as an unknown
I would not fit
But the tales I could tell
If i could just to sit amoung them
Did he really sell his soul to be damned in hell
