Majestically
They stood, as if time, paused in their presence
The bond, of mother and offspring
A bond, only broken, by a mother, that even death envies
Strength, shown in the massive appearance, bringing intimidation
But one can’t help to envy, the pureness, of this moment
When the young, seeks refuge, in the security of their parent
Idolizing, following, the one, they trust most
For only, at this moment, the world is as big, as that of their mother
As their sight, blinded, to the risk, the fears, the danger that lies around
Majestically
They stood, as time, stood witness to the very moment, it forever steals
