Bloody Beauty

SleeplessRose

The rose comes from the depths of thorns that grow around the bud.

Feel the softness of the pedal as you graze your fingers along the bloody flower.

Such a beauty that it holds, yet so tempting to pick.

What would happen if you so carelessly rip it from the throne of thorns?

Would it be graceful or would it make your hand bleed from the sudden tear of thorns that protect it's gorgeous stem.

Beauty is pain, and yet people think it should be normal to be just as gorgeous as a rose.

For you to have such a gorgeous rose, you must love it the way it is. Or is it because it has less blossomed pedals

that leave you ignoring the rest of its beauty?

Tell me, Would you pick the bloodiest rose if you knew the thorns surrounding would cut you so deep?
