Bad Voices

Jessi

You feel lost and imprisoned,

In your own body without reason.

Thoughts you can’t control,

Feeling lost in your role.

Pressure in your chest,

Want to it ignore it,

You can’t rest.

Hands are shaking,

It’s not from cold,

Inside you’re feeling bold.

Want to escape,

But don’t know how.

You want to shape,

But can’t make it somehow.

Imprisoned from your thoughts and mind,

Looking you can’t seem to find,

You’re freedom and happiness,

Nothing by your side but sadness.

Little, loud voices,

Yelling bad they make noises.

Are they real?

Is this you?

You‘re failing!

This can’t be true.

Panic and fear completely taking you.

Hoping again you’ll pass through…

Fighting all your life,

You’re not winning,

It started and seems to be an endless beginning.

Tearing you apart,

Every day it’s a new start.

It burns you down,

Sometimes you can’t do anything but stay and drown.

Give up.

Look down.

You’re only a big wound!

Ignore it.

Stop hearing it.

These voices from within,

They are nothing but a sin.

You fight.

You’re strong.

Don’t give up!

You already won.

Could it be?

Is it true?

Is this magic coming to you?

Don’t fight it.

Accept it.

Forever a part of you!

Even when you wanna bury it.

Stay strong,

For yourself.

You’re great!

Nothing is wrong.

You already won…
