Prince Charming

DeviLove

You didn't come riding in on a white horse

But you still swept me off my feet

You didn't show up wearing fancy armor

But you're still my shining night

You don't live in a huge castle

But your house still feels like home

You aren't filthy rich

But you still spoil me with gifts

You may not be a master of eloquency

But your sweet words mean everything to me

You may not be the most noble man in the land

But you're my favorite person

You may not wear showy cloaks and tunics with embroidery and gold

But you always look dashing and handsome to me

You didn't have a glass slipper for me to try on

But that's ok

You didn't need one; I put my hand in yours, and right away I knew you were the Prince Charming for me
