Except Me!

NABI

It's the day when everyone is in love.
Hearts, roses, chocolates and balloons are pouring from above.
Girls are all in red and pretty.
They look so lovely.
Except me!

Couples are holding hands in the park.
Even the puppies are happy with their bark.
They are all sweet and lovey-dovey,
In their love journey.
Except me!

They are playing, singing and dancing.
Looking at each other while their hearts are racing.
Sitting and hugging under a tree,
Eating heart pastries,
Except me!

They are eating donuts with honey glaze.
While I'm alone in a daze.
Looking at my scribbled poetry.
No one dares to read,
Except me!
