My Friend, My Greatest Enemy

ProfessionalPaperDigester

My friend, my greatest enemy
I too await the day I dread you
Stomping your feet on the ground below
For everyone you know, yet nowhere to go

My friend My mother
My greatest enemy
There is no other
You broke my heart
At such a young age
When you spewed those words
In such drunken haste and rage
But I’ve grown wise through the years
And though I’ll forever cry a few tears,..
…every now and then
I forgave you long ago
And will always love you to no end

My friend, my greatest enemy
My Tender heart you pierced
Inside my soul you couldn't see
I bled tears on bended knees
Crimson Red, oh they were fierce
My friend, my greatest enemy
For our love could never be
My loving heart you pierced
inside my soul you couldn't see
What your lies did to little o' me
Twisting words, something fierce
My friend, my greatest enemy
My poor heart shifts into reality
Battered torn, heavily pierced
Inside my soul you couldn't see
Now all I want is to be free
I'm running away ever fierce
My friend, my greatest enemy
Inside my soul you couldn't see

Google maps my friend
As well as my greatest enemy
I used to look down roads
As far as my eyes could see
And wonder where it goes
Who might I meet
What might I see
Google maps my friend
As well as my greatest enemy
It really ruined the mystery

My friend, my greatest enemy
Piercing your skin with whatever you can find
Doing this because you want to die
Hurting your being everyday
I wish and pray that you’ll find different ways

Mirror mirror on the wall
Greatest enemy of all
So all alone
Heart can't be stone
Tears wiped way now
So smile
