I miss the guilt free nights
Where I didn't lie up
Unable to find enough peace
To slip into any meaningful sleep
My hands are too full
Of the mistakes
I cannot let go of
I am plagued by my thoughts
They have become a roadblock
In my journey to find myself
I have had to realize
If I am looking for myself
I have to accept that
I have lost myself
Or whoever I once thought I was
But still I cannot
Make it any further
than this
