She's a girl, not a toy

Mahi Thareja

She's a girl,
not a toy
She may be fat or thin,
But don't mistaken her for a damsel,
for She will turn into a warrior,
not when someone asks her,
but when her loved ones need her.
She will not show,
She will prove
as She knows when to remain silent
and when to groove.

She's a girl,
not a toy
She may bleed for a week,
but She never lets anyone think her as weak,
for She never lets her emotions leak.
She keeps them away from the world,
within her heart,
because She knows how to take someone's sorrow,
not how to make them hurt.

She's a girl,
not a toy
She's a commando in frock
She has come into the world to rock
She's good
and She deserves
not your taunts
but praises
for what She's worth

She's a girl,
not a toy
its not a lie
its all true
and if She's become bad
its because of the world
its because of the insults
She's been getting for years
She's a girl,
not a toy
SHE DESERVES TO BE RAISED
NOT TO BE KILLED AT HER BIRTH

    'yes, All children
    Deserve
to be raised, and not Killed
    at Birth:
    All, Children!'

  • Paul Bell

Well highlighted, all because he wanted a son. 21st century, shocking.

Honestly the fact we are still at a point like this is ridiculous. The biggest children are always the ones with the most influence I guess...
