Recapitulation of life

Written in the melodramatic
walls of my dwellings
are tales of my path, 
as I peek through the window
and it makes me manifest
these erratic weather over the years:
sunshine that made me laugh
thunderstorm that made persist
and the aftermath rain that 
flourished my soul. 
All these battles won or lost
exemplifying my journey
and moulding my faith;
recapitulating between 
who I am and who I was.
