The instant depths of despair at the sight of the creature.
A feeling that every ounce of tissue in my body is going to vaporize.
All of those legs came towards me as if I was going to be entangled into their webs.
I can feel my intestines rumble as the fear consumes me from the inside out.
Yet my greatest fear can be squashed in a simple second.

Please don't squash. Try to control your arachnophobia and if possible cover with a hand sized plastic container. Slip a piece of card under, transport and release as far away as possible.

Spiders are cool. I like them, of course some of them aren't as chill but unless you live in a place like Australia where a single spider could be in your home with enough dose to kill a horse you'll be fine.
