Could we write a story together?
Would it be a novel?
Or a one-page poem?
Either way, I'd like it to be with you.
I want our words to be intertwined,
Our pages binded together,
And the ink inside to be mixed delicately.
There's hope in me that our story isn't tragic.
And I hope that our story inside the leather covers is just as pretty as your eyes.
Should each word be as lovely as your smile,
And as loud as your personality.
And maybe,
Just maybe,
You'd want to write this story with me as well.
