Higher goes and higher comes
Twists and turns around the bends
Hot in sun and hot in shadow
Loft we go with clearing narrows.
Step and step and step again
Side to side and up and down
Hunger for more with thirst to quench
Find the air perch’d on the bench
Look far and close to see inside
Pure nature burst with colourful cry’s
Tall short too fat too thin
The birds alive their joyful din.
The roaring Sun stands high above
The footsteps of people spur us on
Fast and slow the run and plod
The new found pace seems rather odd
