Annemarie

breath of life,

shoes,hat,gloves,

flashlight lit the path,

breathing the crisp Fall air,

joy, prayers of gratefulness,

stars bright,

Orion,

grasses, leaves glittering,

footbridge sparkling like a thousand diamonds,

leading to a distant land,

Narnia, Terrabithia,

flip side,

some kind of magic,

heart spills open,

everywhere,

no place,

listen to the wind, trees, grasses,

grateful for the peace, the life,

the moments,

life essence,

so close,

so far away.

wonderfully creative and I think you managed to get across
    that panting, out of breath
    urgency
in your depiction of emotions, felt
    in that moment
    but noting, them being accumulative
    of your life's experiences..
    really good pacing and liked
    the droplets of contextual details
you sprinkled to give this a more
    personal, feel
    'bridge to Terabithia' imagery
    invoking so much
by utilising that one word, so precisely
    'sparkling like a thousand diamond'..
just such a lovely read, thanks for sharing
