The soft descendancy of your tears
Echoes the early morning rain
Their long trip down
Imitates the sorrow I feel
Instead of holding steadfast
I let loose my faith in you
And hurt the one I love.
I wish the air and sky will dry away
The face I adore so much
So the sunshine of infinite joy
Will rise on your horizon
Such is the prayer I sing
For the lilies and roses
To smile again in my garden.
Salmon swim in pairs upstream
Making their way as one
So is our love we make
In beautiful joy in undone
Come with me baby love
Awaken this heart once more
And wash away this rain.
