        True, hopefully only happy memories,at least in a perfect world,but in reality, most our memories are more than likely painful

          Please call me Waleed, and that is the very reason I fell in love with poetry. It was the one way I can say what I needed to say yet with as little words as possible. I’ve honed into this with my style of writing so much so changing the entire script of the beloved Japanese method “haiku” with my own version to honor them as well for their brilliance.

            Hello Waleed,I just finished reading a dictionary,not that I remember much of it,but I discovered a bunch of words I didn't know,and the ones I think I do typically have a different meaning.My dic is always on my side now,pun intended.I find only a few know the whole discription and meaning of a word,when you do you can really fuck with people.maybe that's what poetry is all about.Do you write more with a toke,I think I do,but worry the writing may be less poignant.having a physical dictionary some how keeps things tactical and I find the challenge of picking and then exploring the meaning is quite spiritual to me.Take care.
