Fear

Anna1415

I have not been spared,

From what I fear,

It's triumphant like a snare,

I cry in utter despair,

My suffering is not fair,

I received a scare,

From my deepest nightmare,

I cannot bear,

That it's so near,

It's like she doesn't even care,

That our heart is broken without repair,

What will my reaction be?

When I see her unmoving being,

Her skin without it's usual hue,

Will cause an ache in my heart to bloom,

The question is:

Will I get over this soon?

Or am I condemned to eternal gloom?
