It’s like
putting your game on pause
But
when you have deadlines
It’s like
your online
you can’t pause
you don’t play efficient
How do we defeat procrastination?
Incentivization?
If you believe things we do
Is what we are suppose to do
because someone else said so
then unfortunately
stop reading right here
Anyways
The opposite of going crazy
Is self-enlightenment
with depression
You find yourself in the middle
Being pulled from both sides
Feeling like a maniac
Normal
Think about what
you're doing right now.
Describe the environment
around you
Notice what
you're feeling
Actively listen to others
when they speak
Focus on your breath to
root yourself in the moment.
And then there’s me
Feeling like I’m crazy
Then I’m ok
I’m alive

I go sideways when I'm normal too,then I'm ok,take care
When do you feel most alive
I,ve been focused on trying to live in the moment when I'm there I'm alive.When do you ?don't answer if you don't want to.
Also interacting with other poets,my tail wags daily now on MPS,We"re a rare feffen breed.you take care.
Living in the moment works for me as well but sometimes my future thinking can ruin it
