Make Me Over

GiftedT17

I come to you Lord just as I am,asking you to forgive me because I am your little lamb.

Wrap your arms around me God I want to feel your warmth embrace,I will sing you praises God,as I look upon your face.

Cleanse my body from the inside out God make me over again,I want to be reborn and delivered from all of my past pain.

I wanna know you for real Jesus, highly be your holy name,I'm seeking you God,I'm asking for guidance,I need your help,I'm not ashamed!

Your the King of Kings,Lord of Lords, the Alpha and the Omega, their is no other before you.Your the way maker, miracle provider, and my Father too.

I wanna be like Ruth God,I wanna walk,I wanna talk,I wanna make you proud of me.I wanna say thank you Lord for always being their,Despite my flaws, but for also loving me.

even devoid of any theological alignment
    I can't help but relate
    to your questing words, yearning
to pull on those threads of belief
    you utilize
    to anchor, your life's worth
    in these chaotic world
    with its endless
    seemingly meaningless, happenstance
and coin flipped chance of fate
    as that only recognisable, influence
    on our lives
indeed, we all need to hope
    there's something more
    and
    if you've found, your path
    then good on you
    just remember, it's Your path
    and no one else's
Your deity, to engage with as you wish...
I wish you, all the best! dear poet
