Not very sensible attitude to life., nor to others - expecting wife to give away one kidney to you.
I hope you find this type of loyalty
No I don't. This would be OK as fiction. But why should your wife help you that much, if you are just wasting your kidney? What if she changed her mind? You would be in a terrible state. I'm being mild in comments here. I could be nasty about it.
