The lady in the Lake

voices of ghosts

The Lady in the Lake

Her ghostly figure

suspends so freely

in the cold fogged up lake

-she killed herself -

rumors the nearest town

but her bony apparition

seems so alive and real

no time for goosebumps

or any kind of chilling fear

now both just shed a tear

as she dissapears deep deep

into the center of the lake

that resting place, she calls home

Voices of Ghosts
