Alone

Niki Oz

Stranded; naked and alone. Pitch black is surrounding me with gravel beneath my feet. Cold; where did you go? Why did you leave me here; alone? Screams echoing in my head yet im surrounded by cracks echoing off of my broken heart.

Springtime is a time of new life
How can anyone feel so bad
With birdsong filling the air we breathe
Each morning a gift to be had
In springtime bloom
The painter can paint no gloom
And broken hearts find a quiet place to mend

When we have God, we're never really alone,
As the final ax falls, where will we be thrown,
Into Heaven,or into hell,as of right now,we get to choose,
Trust in God we go to Heaven,if we don't, game over,we lose,
My fate lives in Heaven, with my glorious maker,
Never in hell, with the soul breaker,
So are you alone, what do you think,
Does your life live in peril,or is salvation on the brink,
Either way you choose your fate will be sealed,
Are you going to take a chance,or exchange the cards you dealed

Alone with my thoughts
As they prowl through the night
Trying to connect the dots
To the stars shining bright
Dots turning into black holes
Swallow up the light
No escaping its gravitational force
Everything in sight

Summer, winter, spring fall; Heaven or hell where shall we fall? Completely alone but surrounded by all. Stuck in my own hell while reaching for heaven, the demons drag me down not one but seven. They say choose a path, do right and the right things will come. I walk a straight path give everything just to be left feeling dumb. Karma is a bitch wether its yours or not, give all you have only to bleed out from the shot. I give and I give and for that what do I receive? Crying, begging and praying for help on my knees. Alone.

Alone in the universe
I think not
Alone in my my pain
As I prayed to god
Unanswered goes my call
From heaven
Alone
I
Fall
