Sweet voice ringing like a melody on a cloudy night.
Silky jet black hair that shimmers like the wings of a raven.
Whisps of hair fall over his soft expression as he gazes at the screen.
His hands are softer than rose petals, and his touch is soft to the mind.
Closing his cloudy eyes, a smile laced in sugar spreads across his face.
His words were dry but his eyes don’t lie. It was those eyes that kept me long alive.
Both the sinner and the saint, the culprit and the victim, he was both my fighting cause and the source of eternal grief.
All that was left were the bitter-sweet lies. To mind, it is difficult to understand.
The beauty of his semblance my mind can’t comprehend. Why must our sights land on those we cannot reach?
Why must our hearts bleed for those who trample pleads? It is love, a force beyond comprehension.
A human’s purest form and yet the most agonizing progression. It twists and turns like the tides of a dark sea.
And yet those in love wait in hopes to be let free.
