As I look into the sky so blue
And the white-fluffed clouds,
I think of Jesus’ soon return –
To see my loved ones and the crowds.
As the boundless ocean touches
The unreachable sky,
Like these two extremes meet
So too will we: my Jesus and I.
My, what a day that will be
To see all I’ve loved and lost.
Thanks to Jesus I’ll see them again,
He died, resurrected; He knew the cost.
Please, dear Jesus,
Grow Your love in me
That others may see You;
And when You come, You they’ll see.
