One little thought
Very innocent at first sight
Can destroy every other thought
Without even having to fight
Because one thought turns into two
And before you know it,
The number of good thoughts is few
But it's not a reason to quit
No matter how afraid you are
Fear is just that one little thought
And if you have come this far
You are truly a superstar

A good poem . Fear is really difficult to deal with .. and it can feel so overwhelming can’t it .. but sometimes were scared for a valid reason , or we can just overthink things I guess . We all want to feel in a peaceful place tho
