The Rainbow in the Sky 🌈

Cheyenne Smith

I wouldn’t like to be the one who follows the crowd

I long to be the one who stands out proud

When I was a child I was constantly underperforming

I’ve had enough of always conforming

I used to suffer from damaging mental health

Many of my beliefs used to be stored in bottles

You see, I worked exceedingly hard on myself

I created my personal set of morals

My obstacles in life caused my outlook to be audacious

My life used to be like an immense rainstorm until I helped it become an angelic rainbow in a sublime blue sky

In the past, I was very frail but now I’m tenacious

I used my willpower in order for my strength to intensify

Now I shine like a beautiful rainbow in the sky

To stand out and be seen like the rainbow with a nice light .

    Nice writing

    Especially like these lines

My life used to be like an immense rainstorm until I helped it become an angelic rainbow in a sublime blue sky
