The Specter in Allen Town Abandoned Jail

We were contracted by the Historic Association of Allen Town. They wanted us to do an investigation over at the old, abandoned jail. We were eager and excited to take on that job because Larry from our team was raised in Allen Town. According to the townies, a group of teenagers had broken into the old jail to have a good time drinking and smoking weed; that’s when things started to spiral out of control. The teens began to tell their friends about the supposed supernatural experience they had encountered. Most of the people rolled their eyes at the idea of investigating the place, based on the fact the teens were known to be constant trouble makers at their local High School. Nonetheless, we were set to begin the following week. Upon our arrival we were happy to be housed at The Greenbrier, a historic Hotel. The next morning right after a nice hearty breakfast, our team headed to the old jail. The building is no more than ten cells, so we begin to set our equipment accordingly and we are prepared to monitor any activity by staying in for the first 24 hours. As the day begins to fade away, our equipment remains very silent, so we relax and Larry tells us about Allen Town and his childhood memories, when all of the sudden the lights go off.  We are completely in the darkness. One of the team members ran out to check the breaker box while the rest of us felt a bone chilling sensation and some of us heard cold whispers right by our ear telling us get out, get out, or you all will die. Lights are back on. We are standing still cold and freighted, the equipment is back on and its all over, no signals, air is back to normal. Its not even midnight yet and we are unable to relax. We manage to keep ourselves awake when we hear sounds coming from the adjacent cells.  The camera team is ready, we are semi ready, we run and right in front of our eyes, a body hanging from what appears to be a shirt dangling like pendulum, as he dangled and dangled, a voice was saying get out, get out you all will die.
