There’s Never A Dull Moment

Laura🌻

It started as a beautiful spring day

A glorious sun shining day

Brutally disrupted at 8:24am

Sheltering in…

Not because of Covid

But because of a

Mentally deranged on a rampage

Masked and ready to engage…

He selfishly released a gas canister

And brutally disrupted with rage

What was to be a special spring day

Why? Why? Why?

Oh Laura, It's just so tragic, going about your usual way and then disaster strikes. Devastating news. Saw this on CNN. My thoughts are with you.

      Dear Rozina,

Thank you for reading and commenting. I appreciate your good thoughts for me. I’m very happy that the shooter has been apprehended. Now let’s hope that the criminal judicial system delivers justice for the victims…and nothing falls through the cracks.

      Wishing you a wonderful evening.

I too, saw this on the news. Thanks for making a post. Praying for those in NYC who may never want to use the subway again. Its tragic!

        Dear Christina,

I don’t post much; but after what happened yesterday, I was outraged and needed to express it. Thank you for the read and your prayers…very much appreciated.

          Dear Orchi,

          Yes, a horrible thing.
Fortunately, the shooter has been arrested.
Thank you for the read and your comment.

          Have a great evening.

the question you so eloquently raise must surely be on the tip of many a tongue across this increasingly damaged world of ours we so sadly share .... N🌻x
