No turning when you can't see anyone

Hollow Enigma

The night starts with not an expectation
all a vague moral compass with no rectification

feels so light and spontaneous
soon to fall short and become strenuous

10 dollar words complete my selfish mind
Because it falls into the bleak record and rewind

Emotion makes its way into my brain
takes hold and starts my drain

I end the night with a lonesome cowboy song
Nobody to hold and escape my wallow
