Middle

My entire life I have been left in between.

In between middle class and poor class.

In between able bodied and disabled bodied.

In between independence and assistance.

In between abundant thinking and lack mindedness.

In between right sided politics and left sided politics.

In between staying in my comfort zone and being adventurous.

In between the spiritual realm and the matrix system.

In between jumping off the ledge and survival at all costs.

In between seeing my life as cursed and seeing it as blessed.

In between what is moral and what classifies as a lost soul.

Being in between the cracks of the pavement has allowed it’s inspection.

Being left in between has given birth to a new world that many fear to dwell.

This new world is called the middle and I’ve been living here my entire life.
