Anna

Charles Edward York

The art of you is

Worth all the words

I can put together.

All I need is to see

More of, indeed

All of your inspiration

So I can put you

Across in words.

Your eyes speak

Wonders of blue allure

Cheeks chiseled in blush,

In amorous angles

Yet soft as a whisper

Framing red lips

Wide as the horizon

On an infinite sea.

Eyes see a woman

Only just a tip

Your body and soul

Conceal cosmic secrets

Love and sweetness

Would happily reveal

All the splendor

My heart yearns for.
