Alone

Isn't it lovely all alone? 

Even in this box

I call my home

I hear voices

That are not my own 

Although I am still

Very alone.

  • Comment from author about the poem: Feeling like a stranger in my own home. I hear family talking and laughing amongst each other, although I remain in my room which is the very small box, I call my home. It is not very lovely to feel so alone.

    Being alone is peaceful being lonely is terrible

      Most of the time you enjoy being alone but, being alone at a constant can really start to drive you insane. Being at that point it isn't as lovely as it may seem.
