- Comment from author about the poem: This isn't really a poem. It's actually a song I wrote. I was inspired by a Ted Talk about writing a song. In the Ted Talk they used random sentences to write the lyrics of the song, so that's what I did. Maybe it sounds a little weird without knowing the rhythm, but I still wanted to share the lyrics. I think it's kind of funny and there are still some messages hidden in this poem. I am curious to know what you think about it ;)

So as someone with panic disorder, this poem title was screaming out for me to read."Don't be afraid Be fearless" are words to live by. Its a beautiful song. Whether sunny or dreary every day ought to be a great day, right? Great job dear poet!!
