Get Ready for the Roar

Soaring through the starry night sky

Seeing this dazzling world light up from above

Then I ask why?

Why is this world so cruel?

Why can’t we compromise and give each other love?

 

All of this hate, all of this war

Life is precious, this planet is so beautiful yet so dismal

Although I worry other races, religions & nationalities wouldn’t fight to the core

Why do humans act so abysmal?

 

I was born at the bottom, I grew up fairly poor

I learnt to be respectful and kind

I’m as fierce as a tiger, get ready for the roar

All this hate and judgments I have received; has never changed the perception on my mind

 

I wish I could be accepted the way I accept others

If only we could all get along and put differences aside

Just be civil & friendly

Don’t let stereotypes impact your opinion on one another

Let love overtake hate so humanity can become as powerful as a tsunami

 

I’m just fed up and tired of the increase in separation

I cannot stand the amount of inequality and injustice this world displays

many of us are experiencing some form of Alienation

If only this could happen sooner with no delay

I’ll be honest though, unfortunately it may never happen and that’s why we hope and why we pray
