The Secrets Rain Hides

That quiet girl

Pitter patter pitter patter

The rain against my window

Creak squeak creak squeak

The steps under my feet

Tug pull tug pull

Putting on my boots

Groan yank groan yank

My heavy front door

Splish splash splish splash

Skipping through the rain

Tear after tear after tear.

Crying where no one can see me.

You shouldn't have to hide to cry dear, I love your style of writing

subtle, your pacing and natural rhythm
    feels effortless
such a hard style to get right
    your keyboard must have seen
a lot of mileage, for you to accrue
    such practised skill..
a wonderful read, thanks for sharing
    (imagine tears, as your mind's
    way of sweating, some
of those suffocating hurts and anxieties
    in your life..
    don't fight them, instead
    use them, like rivers
    follow them back to their
    sprouting, roots
and deal with that initial problem
    causing you pain
    not your emotions or feelings
    the actual, factual
    problem
you can deal with, find it
and strive to find a way
from having it Affect your life
    to such an extent..
    I wish you, Peace)
