Addiction

Addiction is a psychological condition where there is no cure
Only strict dicipline to avoid it is for sure 
Whether it be drugs, alcohol or whatever poison you choose
It will destroy your life and put you in ruins
It's not a place you wanna be
It will only destroy thee
It will bring you down to the lowest you've been
It will rob you of your sense of peace within 
Until you can't ever see an end
It will put strain on your relationship
And make them difficult to mend 
It will rob you of all your money
Just to continue the downhill journey
It consumes you both day and night 
But to overcome it takes a lot of might
