reed music

arqios

Notice of absence from arqios
Be kind….
…. words don’t rewind

Amber frosted reeds
in the summers wind
swaying, dancing,
synchronised now
syncopated and back
shouting then singing
xanthine etudes
boisterous and raucous
bright and nimble
leaving pliant
graceful kisses
on a soft smooth cheek.

pretty darn near perfectly poemed .. I am glad I meandered back in time and fell upon these words .. and coincidentally, I had been thinking about posting a little scribble of my own dedicated to your main character here ... Neville

Oh, that would be something to read. Please post it at your convenience, Nev. Thanks for appraising this little poem. /Rik.
