something romantic about our tragedy

Miss Begotten

there's something romantic

about our tragedy

it's something enchanting,

our insanity.

i've given you chances

too many times to count

you lost all my dances

and left me in a drought.

how should i stand my ground

against my own town?

lost and forgotten,

i'm still Miss begotten

sadly unspoken

quietly unknown and

completely broken

and still we were chosen

for this

our love was amiss

shots fired in the dark

only hit a broken heart

we tore ourselves apart,

we were a tragedy from the start.

completely unprecedented

but it's romantic isn't it?

    you showcase, such raw
    fluidity of intuitive wordsmith, skill
    and poetic sincerity..
    what
    levels of insightful, self
    awareness
    and such a relatable study
    of reality's, in our ill-fated
    romances..
    thanks for sharing
    you have a wonderful talent
    for brave
    'matter of fact', incisive
    Poetry
    'in my humble opinion'
