JHenderson

When your pent face faces the ball

The love in my eyes burns bright

The focus. The determination. The passion.

All of which totals the sum of your character

A body like a vase

Sprung flowers of perfect glory

A-crown the bejeweled majesty of your glow

Shoes too big to fill

The calm demeanor of amassed grandiosity

Worn like the finest tapestry of Chinese silk

The humble bee of the liveliest hive

For to me, to get stung, to disrupt.

    really like your poetic ambition
    and liberal use
    of such vividly original imagery..
but I fear the overall theme
    was lost on me..
    but that's more to do
    with my limitations
    than your artistry..
    (although I must ask
    what is a 'pent face'?)
    lol
    thanks for sharing
